Hello everyone, we are so happy to announce a new feature on our blog, and that’s guest posts from our plushie buddies.  Did you know, that all around the world, there are other cuddly friends, plushies, mascots, and companions also writing blogs?  Our sweet friend Hope dreamt up the idea for us to swap blog posts – how fabulous is that? – and so you can get a little taste of the kinds of things they write if you follow them.  First up, is our delightful googley-eyed buddy, Cookie M. 3 Age (if you want to): Me not sure, me either 15 or 16 years old now…

4 Hobbies: Eating Cookies, blogging, going to the zoo, going to Keukenhof, have me picture taken, reading, watching sports & TV, going to football games (in America it called soccer)

5 Where would you like to go to on your next holiday? Well, me going back to Texel again, it a Dutch Waddenisland. But me also love to see other parts of the country or go back to Bretagne, France…

6 What do you always pack / take with you when you travel? COOOOOOKIEEEEES!!!! And a pencil, notebook, camera, phone and me bestie Berry because me would not go very far on me own 😀

7 If a very friendly alien landed from Mars, where / what would you take her to see in your home town and why? The Dom tower. It the most magnificent church tower in Utrecht and a true landmark. Also it very unique. It used to be a church tower, attached to the church. But in the Middle Ages a HUUUUUGE storm blew away the midship of the church, leaving the church and tower unattached. They did not have the money to rebuild the midship so it stayed like this. The tower can be visited, it a 465 step climb to the top. On clear days you can see the whole region! Also… me pretty sure there is an alien living in the city. There is actually a UFO sitting on a building 😀

1 Tell us a little anecdote about you blogging – i.e. something you encountered for a blog or what happened during a photoshoot (around 100-150 words)

Did you know Berry (she is me human bestie, me go on all kinds of adventures with her) uses me as ‘bait’ to lure animals at the zoo for close-up pictures? Well she DOES! No, no be angry. She only sets me down in front of the glass surrounding the habitats. Me no mind she does that, because she always takes the most wonderful pictures of me and the zoo animals. One of me faves is the picture with the polar bear. Also me looove me and the Walrus too. It so much fun. And me have something to blog about again!

2 Why did you start your blog?

Me started me blog because me go on all these adventures and me wanted to share them. First me used Berry her personal blog for it, but then her brother said: ‘Why not give Cookie his own blog?’ So she did and now me can share as much as me want.

Me started in September 2005

4 What is your blog about?

O all kinds of stuff. Me usually talk about thing in The Netherlands because it cool to show it more than just tulips (hihi, sometimes it is though), windmills and wooden shoes. Me like to write about the zoos, art, vacations and the cool things happening on Instagram. Also me blog about Earth Hour (very important) and Cookies (also very important).

5 What do you prefer to write about on your blog?

COOOOOKIESSS! And going to the zoo, museum, Dutch words (that fun) and things that happened on Instagram. But me like all the things me blog about actually.

6 What is your favourite blog article you wrote?

OOOOH that a tough question! Well… me love all me blogs ofcourse. But one of me faves is about the Dutch letter K. You know C is for Cookie right? Well, in Dutch is K is for Koekje (or Koekie, is pronounced the same as Cookie, easy huh). So me thinks that one of me faves. O and the blog about me meeting James and Oliver Phelps at the Harry Potter The Exhibition opening. That was so awesome!

7 What is, in your opinion, the blogger-magic?

Me thinks blogger-magic is bringing others closer to your experiences. It an easy way to share stuff about daily life or fun experiences. Also it a great way for a little Cookie Monster like me to express me feelings.

8 Tell us why we all must read your blog:
